Cooltech Industries removable core bar grille is a high functioning air distribution device that has the added feature of having a removable (clip in) core . Functioning in a similar fashion to Cooltech Industries fixed core bar grille, the removable core type allows for ease installation or where access behind the grille is required after installation. The core is held into place by concealed spring clips which are housed in the outer frame for a seamless and neat finish. Varying flange sizes are available which include a 12mm slimline , 25mm standard or 50mm flange which allow the RC Bar grille to suit the majority of installation and architechtural requirements. It is advised that maximum single length is limited to 4500mm however as is the case with the fixed core option, the removable core variant can also be supplied in modules where continuous length are required. An added feature of the RC type bar grille is the ability to incorporate a washable panel filter that can be fitted to either the whole length or to different sections of the grille which will allow the same device to work in both a supply and return air capacity. Can be supplied with a choice of either 15 degree or 0 degree blade type depending on grille function or required airflow performance requirements.
