Cooltech Industries Insulated Plenum Box is manufactured from high quality and robust galvanised sheetmetal and can be supplied to suit any diffuser neck size. Available with a variety of insulation types including 5mm rubber, 10mm rubber 25mm Polyester, 25mm fibreglass and 50mm fibreglass the Cooltech Industries plenum boxes can be customised to suit any job type or specification. When choosing thicker insulation types insulated plenum boxes will be supplied “stepped” to maintain the internal airway size of the box which is crucial to ensuring that the airflow is maintained at the desired pressure and velocity as it passes through the plenum box.
Cooltech Industries Insulated Plenum Box can also be supplied with a balancing damper located in the spigot that can be operated with a manual quadrant, butterfly type damper or string operated pull damper. Spigot placement can either be located as a side entry or top entry depending on job requirements.
Cooltech Industries Insulated Plenum Box are predominately used in conjunction with supply type grilles such as Lay-In Type, Bevelled Type & Swirl type diffusers.
