Description
The Cooltech Industries CTS DN500 R radial swirl diffuser is an attractive and highly efficient air distribution device, designed with a round face to facilitate installation into solid plasterboard ceilings or directly into spiral duct droppers. Its slight chamfered edge ensures a tight seal on the gyprock, resulting in a neat and professional installation.
Manufactured from durable 1mm thick steel the CTS DN500 R features 22 straight edge vanes, set at a supply angle of 22.5 degrees to maximise effective air distribution. This makes it ideal for applications requiring low to medium volume airflows, typically within the range of 200 to 450 litres per second.
To assist with installation, the CTS DN500 R comes with a centre mounting screw that passes through the centre of the diffuser and is held in place by a mounting bracket located within the associated plenum box. This design simplifies the installation process, making it more convenient and efficient.
The standard colour for the CTS DN500 R is RAL9016 white, but other powder coat finishes are available upon request, allowing for customization to match different aesthetic preferences or design requirements.
