Cooltech Industries Hinged Half Chevron c/w filter (HCHEV45/F) is a versatile louvred style grille designed primarily for use in return and exhaust air applications. This grille features45-degree angled half chevron blades that provide a sight-proof barrier, blocking direct visibility while allowing efficient airflow. Whilst maintaining a similar appearance to that of the RC variant, the centre core to the hinged variant is hinged to a fixed point on the outer frame which allows the core to pivot open and closed without being fully removable. The addition of a hinged centre core is a feature that allows not only for an easy installation process but also as a safety feature in situations where grilles are installed as ceiling mounted return air.
Traditionally supplied with a removable panel filter the hinged core allows for easy filter access for either cleaning or replacement.
Constructed from high-grade aluminium extrusion, Cooltech Industries Hinged Half Chevron grille c/w filter is known for its durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for various environments.
While the standard face flange for this grille is 25mm, you have the option to select a 12mm,20mm or 50mm face flange to suit your installation and design preferences. In terms of finishes, the standard option is a satin white powder coat, providing a clean and modern appearance. Special powder coat finishes and a natural anodised finish are available up-on request, allowing for customisation to match your architectural or design needs.
